I offer 121 Personal Training and Online Coaching - with four different packages to choose from!

PACKAGE OPTIONS

Bronze Package 121 - 

 

4 weeks - 1 session a month - Tailored Exercise & Nutrition Plan - Weekly Check in Calls  = £100

Silver Package 121 -

 

4 weeks - 1 session a week (4) - Tailored Exercise & Nutrition Plan - Weekly Check in Calls = £120

​

Gold Package 121 - 

​

4 weeks - 2 sessions a week (8) - Tailored Exercise & Nutrition Plan -  Weekly Check in Calls = £240

Platinum Package 121 - 

​

4 weeks - 3 sessions a week (12) - Tailored Exercise & Nutrition Plan - Weekly Check in Calls = £360

Online Coaching Package Only -

FOR JUST ONLINE COACHING - £120 every 4 weeks with all the extras below!

DISCLAIMER:

​

Cost per one off session = £40 per hour 

​

All sessions work out at £30 per session when booked in blocks as packages.

​

All sessions must be used within 4 weeks of purchase.

​

On starting with me you must commit to 3 months at least in the program, in order to get results!

All of these packages come with the following...

Detailed Initial Consultation - When you first enquire or sign up, I will send you over some consultation forms to find out more about you and your goals. This is so important as it helps me to get to know you, and what you want to achieve from coaching. This includes a phone call or video call, to talk about you and your goals plus how coaching works.

​

Weekly Check Ins - I will check in with you weekly to ensure progress is being made. This will include progress pictures and weight check ins. These can be recorded on the training app so we can track progress.

​

Daily Communication - I am always available via the messenger feature on the app. Any questions or queries will be answered promptly. 

​

Full Training - This includes workouts on the app for you to access. All workouts are given based on your goals, equipment and availability. Any extra cardio will also be included.

​

Regular change in programming - Your program will be changed every month, based on your goals and feedback from the previous month. These will include any areas you wish to focus on, or any increase in cardio.

​

Full Calories & Nutritional Support - Calories and macro splits are managed according to your weekly check ins. We will adjust and work them around you and your lifestyle. Any changes that need to be made will be made to ensure results. 

​

Constant Motivation & Support - This is a must for me when coaching you. We will work together to keep you motivated and on track. My main priority is you and educating you within your training/diet. You will also get access to a facebook group to keep you accountable with other clients. 

​

No Contract! - You are not contracted to stay, you can cancel at anytime if you don't feel it is working for you.
